Tax Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to join our client’s wonderful team!
A Tax Accountant’s duties are all tax-related and include the following:
🔸Prepare tax returns including personal, fiduciary and business types.
🔸Perform less complex tax research projects as assigned.
🔸Perform tax planning, including multiple scenarios or multiple years.
🔸Understands entity tax basis and how that impacts tax returns, projections and consulting engagements.
🔸Analyzes and drafts responses to IRS & FTB notices, assist with audits.
🔸Assist with payroll, BOE or county property tax audits.
🔸Assist QB clients with setup and/or cleanup of data.
🔸Develop and maintain client relationships
🔸Meets with prospective clients.
🔸Assists with tax administration projects assigned by managers and partners.

Minimum Qualification:
🔸 bachelor’s degree in accounting
🔸+5 years of Public Accounting experience
🔸Proficient in MS Office, QuickBooks, and other software systems
🔸Able to work overtime as needed during busy times

Qualifications Required:
Broad experience as a human resource generalist with a public sector agency, preferably in a public safety department
Extensive experience providing a wide array of human resources services: recruitment, leave administration, employee relations, performance management, workers’ compensation, benefits, and employee training and development
Strong knowledge and experience working in a unionized environment, Civil Service System and/or public agency
Familiarity and experience interpreting and applying the Peace Officer Bill of Rights, Memorandum of Understanding, Civil Service Rules, and other governing documents.
Ability to anticipate and critically analyze a broad range of complex problems and issues;
Human Resources Certificate from ICMA, IPMA, SHRM, or HRCI (PHR, SPHR)

Regional Marketing Coordinator
Remote in UAE, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar
Qualifications Required:
The Regional Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in expanding SABA Drilling’s presence in domestic and international markets. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong understanding of B2B marketing in the energy sector, particularly in the upstream oil and gas field. The coordinator will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting marketing initiatives that drive growth and visibility for the company.
Key Responsibilities
🔸Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to promote SABA Drilling’s equipment, services, and technical capabilities.
🔸Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities in target regions, including MENA, South America, and Southeast Asia.
Build and maintain relationships with oil and gas companies, drilling contractors, and engineering firms.
🔸Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Sales, and Management) to align marketing efforts with operational goals.
🔸Prepare and manage marketing campaigns, presentations, and trade show materials.
🔸Maintain SABA Drilling’s digital presence, including website updates, LinkedIn activities, and content publication related to new projects or product lines.
Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and media outlets for branding and promotional initiatives.
🔸Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities and suggest improvements.
🔸Support the development of partnerships and distributor networks in assigned territories.
🔸Represent SABA Drilling at industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events when required.
Minimum Qualification:
🔸bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Petroleum Engineering,
🔸5+ years of experience in industrial or B2B marketing, preferably within the oil and gas, energy, or Upstream sectors.
🔸Strong knowledge of international business development and regional trade.
🔸Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
🔸Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across regions.
🔸Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
