Qualifications Required:

Human Resources Manager

Qualifications Required:
Broad experience as a human resource generalist with a public sector agency, preferably in a public safety department
Extensive experience providing a wide array of human resources services: recruitment, leave administration, employee relations, performance management, workers’ compensation, benefits, and employee training and development
Strong knowledge and experience working in a unionized environment, Civil Service System and/or public agency
Familiarity and experience interpreting and applying the Peace Officer Bill of Rights, Memorandum of Understanding, Civil Service Rules, and other governing documents.
Ability to anticipate and critically analyze a broad range of complex problems and issues;
Human Resources Certificate from ICMA, IPMA, SHRM, or HRCI (PHR, SPHR)

Cyber Security Engineer
Remote in Albuquerque, NM
Qualifications Required:
Perform Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) / Nessus automated application vulnerability scanning and configuration assessments.
Assess system compliance with DISA’s Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
Manage and document system cybersecurity posture using Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assessment and Authorization (A&A) workflow platform
Assist development of System Security Plans (SSP), Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) compliance reporting, Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), and security policies and procedures
Provide cybersecurity support for development facilities and laboratories, supporting Agile software development, code review, and testing
Established record of working independently.
Minimum Qualification:
🔸bachelor’s degree in IT/Cybersecurity/Computer Science and up to 2 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
🔸Understanding of performing analysis of general cyber related technical problems and finding computer system security solutions for these problems or risks.
🔸Ability to obtain CompTIA Certification for Security+ and the ability to obtain OS certification within 30 days upon hire.
